Orders are shipped via LTL freight carrier. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, and a signature will be required upon arrival. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. If the shipment is significantly damaged and you choose to refuse it, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
