What's included with my swing bed?
A handcrafted teak swing frame. Durable hanging hardware. A full set of cushions, in your choice of two signature color options. Custom hanging options are also available for an additional cost.
Can your swing beds stay outside year-round?
Yes! Our teak swing beds are built to withstand all seasons and weather conditions. Our cushions are made from outdoor-grade fabrics for the best performance.
How is it installed?
For safety and peace of mind, we recommend hiring a professional contractor for installation, especially if you're unsure about your ceiling support.
We also offer delivery and professional installation depending on your location. Reach out for options.
How will my order be shipped and delivered?
Orders are shipped via LTL freight carrier. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, and a signature will be required upon arrival. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. If the shipment is significantly damaged and you choose to refuse it, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
