At Teak + Tide, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every swing bed we make. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Policy

While all sales are final, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If a return is approved:

  • The client is responsible for packaging and return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
  • Damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

If Your Swing Arrives Damaged

In the rare event your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To begin a damage claim:

  • Send an email to info@teakandtideswings.com
  • Include your order number and photos showing the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
